Germination Guarantee

We back every seed we ship within Canada. If a seed fails to germinate using our published method below, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.

Approved germination method

1. Soak seeds in clean, room-temperature water for 12 hours.
2. Transfer to two damp paper towels on a plate, cover with a second plate.
3. Hold 20–25 °C in a dark spot. Re-moisten if towels dry.
4. Plant once the taproot is 2–5 mm long (usually 24–96 hours).

What's covered

• Up to the same number of seeds in your original pack
• Same strain, subject to availability — otherwise store credit

What's not covered

• Seeds planted directly in soil with no documented germination attempt
• Seedlings that died after sprouting (we can't verify post-pop conditions)
• Claims more than 14 days after delivery
